We don’t accept returns, and we don’t exchange products. But if there’s a problem with your order, we can help. If your order was damaged during shipping, or you didn’t get what you ordered, get in touch with our customer service team right away – by email on our Contact Us page or by phone at +2348182799033 or click the "Complains" button below – and we will send you a replacement.
If you believe there is a quality issue with your order/ our product, please take note of the EXP date and code printed on the neck of the bottle, then get in touch with Customer Service. We’ll trace the batch of JGF Premium Water you received and respond on a case-by-case basis.
